YIPEE!!! Only 2 more days and you will have your beautiful baby girl in your arms! I am so excited for you & Bill. I get so excited everyday to read the blog & see what you are doing. I was thrilled to see that your G&R date is on Friday! Congratulations, Mommy! Much love to the Moore Family! Kat Balou
Amanda you look adorable getting your hair washed! Every new mom deserves to be pampered! Just remember to do this AFTER Thuy comes, too!
Reading about you going to the silk factory reminded me to tell you something we did for Olivia. We purchased about 1 yard each of 4 different silks to make things for her in the future. One is blue to possibly make a garter and ring pillow for her wedding, one is a really fun pink & purple with dragon flies to decorate her room, one is more for couch pillows maybe for her first apt, etc. Thought you might enjoy this idea, too! We figured we could also make little saks to give her gifts in.
Olivia and I can't wait to meet you all in person, too!
Looking forward to June 1st and celebrating your Gotcha Day even if only online :) Melissa
I'm so excited to hear about Friday! I know you guys are beyond ready. I just love checking in on your families progress. Take care! Can't wait for the next blog! Love ya, Holler
We are Bill and Amanda Moore. We adopted our daughter,Lilah Than Thuy, from Lang Son Vietnam June 1, 2007. We were living in Hawaii when we adopted(the blog was born). We moved to Seattle Oct 2007. Our home grown daughter Aubrey Jane was born Feb 22, 2008. In 9 months we had 2 daughters! Our 2 blessings are 13 months apart in age, we are very busy!
